I found my sessions with Sophie deeply moving and powerful. The focus of my work with Sophie was a project I embarked upon over the summer. Even though I was really excited about it, I was having a really hard time finding energy and enthusiasm to push it off the ground…I don’t think I would have been able to shift that boulder out of the way without Sophie’s support and sagacious questioning. (Her) natural warmth and kindness come through fully during her coaching, which makes it almost effortless to explore issues in depth. At the same time, she is tremendously respectful and I never felt pushed or nudged into a direction I did not want to go. I would recommend Sophie as a coach without reservations.
